Kanchenjunga base camp trekking is one of the unspoiled trekking trails in eastern part of Nepal opened in 1988 for trekkers. Mt. Kanchenjunga 8586m is the world’s third highest mountain offers infinite variety of landscapes, cultures and panoramic views of Himalayas including the Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, & Kanchenjunga, four of the worlds five highest mountains make the trek rewarding. Mount Kanchenjunga 8598m lies on the border of Nepal and Sikkim, Musk deer, a and blue sheep are mostly found here and also the abominable snow man YETI is believed exist here. Kanchenjunga is translated along the lines of "Five Treasures of the Snow" A journey to Kanchenjunga trekking area is a special treat- starting from the tropical lowlands through great rhododendron forests and lovely villages of east Nepal up to the glacier and overwhelming views. Kanchenjunga Conservation Area spread in an area of 2,035 square Kilometers and KCAP area has a rich diversity of wildlife including snow leopard, Himalayan black bear, musk deer red panda and others. Impheyan, pheasant, red-billed blue mangpie, shy drongo are the major birds found in kanchenjunga trekking route. Kanchenjunga trek to the south and north faces of the world's third highest mountain offers fantastic Himalayan views, including Everest. Kanchenjunga base camp trekking provides you with an adventure trekking in eastern part of Nepal Himalaya., which will stay forever. One of the most remote and beautiful Trekking areas in Nepal, which, unused to foreign visitors, still lies shrouded in mystery. Kanchenjunga region trekking trails start from 1200 meters (4,000ft) to 5180 meters (17,094ft) above sea level.

Kanchenjunga Trekking begins from Suketar Taplejung accessible by air, or Basantapur accessible by road. Kanchenjunga trekking walk through lush rhododendron forests you climb on into high alpine terrain beyond the village of Gunsa. A camp established high above this village that provides astounding views of Kanchenjunga South face. Special trekking permit is required for Kanchenjunga trekking.

Day 17 : Tseram trek to oktang base camp (Kanchenjunga BC ) back to Ramche (4620m)
Day 18 : Ramche trek to Torontan
Day 19 : Torontan trek to Omje Khola ( 2340m)
Day 20 : Omje Khola trek to Mamanke (1810 M)
Day 21 : Mamanke trek to Kande Bhanjang
Day 22 : Kande Bhanjang trek to Lali Kharka
Day 23 : Lili Kharka trek to Suketar ( Taplejung Airport)
Day 24 : Suketar Fly back Kathmandu transfer to Hotel
Day 25 : Free day in Kathmandu
